Now is the darkest time of the year. It's good to remember to think nice things and step towards the light. If you are free and completely alone at Christmas, join the group!
New kinds of Christmas memories for singles. Let's enjoy the fresh outdoor winter nature, Christmas atmosphere and the glow of a campfire.
Campfires will illuminate the singles' Christmas on three evenings near the center of Jyväskylä.

Low-threshold option
Christmas wouldn't be without a little surprise. So surprise yourself and the other participants and join us for a low-key campfire events.
Nature is ready. Are you?
These campfires are my Christmas gift to singles. I'll call the group, bring firewood, seating mats, make fires, serve mulled wine and basic gingerbread. I'll also organize some program.
I'm happy to tell that Marko Valkonen from Heinälä Organic Farm donated firewood for the event. Thank you Marko!
What to bring?
You can participate according to your own schedule. With or without an Santa hat.
Bring at least clothes suitable for the weather and a Christmassy open and appropriately curious camping spirit. Dressing in layers always works. An extra jacket or blanket may be necessary. Bring a flashlight or headlamp if you have one.
Please note that there are very few seats.
I thought you could bring a suitable program for the campfire and picnic snacks of your own choice if you wish.
Let's enjoy together
Turku, Finland traditionally declares Christmas peace on the eve at 12 noon. So let's be human and kind to each other.
Let's take care of safety, ourselves and others. Let's be very careful in slippery spots and near the fire. The event is K-18, alcohol-free and smoke-free.
Other basic information, locations, arrival and the nearest parking lots can be found at the bottom of this page.
Christmas excitement in the air
Do you have room for new Christmas memories? I'm organizing this feel-good Christmas campfire circle for singles for the first time.
I have to admit that I'm little excited. If you're excited too, don't worry, that's part of the point.
It would be nice if you would respond to the invitation and come to the fire to meet other singles. You're warmly welcome to join us!
Merry Christmas
I sincerely hope you have a wonderful Christmas season.
Kind regards
